Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present product solutions to prospects via virtual demonstrations
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing teams to execute targeted sales strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas with consistent performance
- Document all interactions in CRM and provide weekly activity reports
- Participate in weekly sales training and pipeline reviews
Qualifications
- 2+ years of inside sales or B2B sales experience
- Proven track record meeting/exceeding sales targets
- Proficiency with Salesforce and sales engagement tools (Outreach, HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple pipelines
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certifications preferred
- Authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
