Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through inbound/outbound calls and email campaigns
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across government and private sectors
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs using CRM tools
- Collaborate with marketing team to execute targeted sales initiatives
- Meet/exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs
- Document all sales activities in Salesforce CRM
- Participate in weekly sales training and strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B sales experience, preferably in SaaS/tech
- Proficiency with Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Active security clearance preferred (not required)
- Experience selling to federal agencies a plus
