Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and digital channels
- Present product solutions to prospects and close sales opportunities
- Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing team on lead generation campaigns
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 90%+ client satisfaction
- Participate in weekly sales training and strategy sessions
- Track performance metrics and identify upsell opportunities
Qualifications
- 1+ years of B2B inside sales experience required
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, target-driven environment
- High school diploma; bachelor's degree preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license (for occasional client visits)
- Experience with SaaS or tech sales highly valued
