Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Manage full sales cycle from lead generation to closing, utilizing Salesforce CRM
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consultative selling approaches
- Collaborate with marketing team to develop targeted sales strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets and KPIs
- Conduct product demonstrations and overcome customer objections
- Provide regular pipeline updates and performance reports to sales leadership
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of B2B inside sales or outbound sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
