Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social media outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships while understanding their unique needs
- Exceed monthly sales targets by consistently meeting and exceeding KPIs
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track sales activities and pipeline management
- Present product solutions tailored to client requirements through virtual demonstrations
- Participate in weekly sales training and team performance reviews
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills with ability to close deals remotely
- Strong self-motivation and time management abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for occasional client meetings
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
- Experience in SaaS or technology sales highly advantageous
