Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify new leads through targeted outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn) to generate pipeline
- Present tailored solutions to prospects, demonstrating clear ROI and addressing specific pain points
- Close deals efficiently with consultative selling techniques and value-based negotiations
- Maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline reporting for forecasting and coaching
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine messaging and optimize lead conversion
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 85%+ activity benchmarks
- Participate in continuous training to master product knowledge and sales methodologies
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales or business development experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas with uncapped commission structures
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot) and sales automation tools
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions simply
- Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to thrive in autonomous environments
