Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Outreach: Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email campaigns, and social selling.
- Demo Delivery: Conduct engaging product demonstrations and virtual meetings to showcase the value of our solutions to prospective clients.
- Lead Management: Maintain accurate records in our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot) and nurture leads through the sales pipeline.
- Objection Handling: Address client concerns and negotiate terms to close deals effectively and efficiently.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaigns and with the product team to understand technical details.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a persuasive and professional tone.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM software is a plus.
- Goal-Oriented: Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently with high energy and a strong work ethic.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
