In this role, you will utilize cutting-edge CRM tools to manage the sales pipeline, conduct product demonstrations, and close deals remotely. We offer a competitive base salary plus uncapped commission structure for high achievers.
Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting strategies to generate new business opportunities.
- Qualify inbound leads and schedule meetings with decision-makers.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing and onboarding.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales collateral.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or business development.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales quotas.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on consultative selling.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive preferred).
- Self-motivated with a 'hunter' mentality and resilience in the face of rejection.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first environment.
