- Manage and nurture leads through the full sales lifecycle using Salesforce and CRM software.
- Deliver compelling product presentations and tailored solutions via phone and video conferencing.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize campaign strategies and target demographics.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to drive revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and identify upselling opportunities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing (1-3 years preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a focus on active listening and persuasion.
- Self-motivated individual with a hunger to achieve aggressive sales goals and quotas.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms (Salesforce experience is a plus).
