Responsibilities
- Execute outbound sales campaigns to generate new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial prospecting and qualification to closing deals and account management.
- Utilize CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions, update pipeline data, and forecast revenue accurately.
- Conduct high-volume cold calls, emails, and demos to engage decision-makers and schedule meetings.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies and campaign execution.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitive intelligence to the sales leadership team.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Business Development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a commission-driven environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a focus on persuasion and negotiation.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales automation tools.
- Ability to work independently in a remote-first or hybrid office setting.
- Strong work ethic, resilience, and a desire to learn.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel for team events (as needed).
