Responsibilities
- Proactively identify, research, and qualify new business leads through various channels including cold calling, emailing, and social media.
- Demonstrate products and services to potential clients, effectively communicating value propositions and overcoming objections.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial prospecting to closing deals and onboarding new customers.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) to maintain accurate records of interactions and pipeline status.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and optimize lead quality.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telesales, or customer success roles.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone manner.
- Proficiency in using CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho) is highly preferred.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Ability to build rapport quickly and establish trust with prospective clients.
