Responsibilities
- Prospecting & Lead Generation: Utilize outbound strategies and CRM tools to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Conduct engaging product demos and presentations to prospective clients via phone and video conferencing.
- Needs Analysis: Listen to client needs and tailor our solutions to address specific business challenges and pain points.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and manage the sales pipeline to ensure consistent forecasting and reporting.
- Closing Deals: Negotiate terms and close agreements to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and optimize lead quality.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or a related field.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident and professional phone manner.
- Determination: A proven track record of hitting targets and a hunger to succeed in a commission-based environment.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- Self-Starter: Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high energy levels.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
