Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Qualify incoming leads and schedule meetings with Account Executives.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective clients using Salesforce CRM.
- Present product demos and explain value propositions to decision-makers.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaign strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Document all customer interactions and update client records accurately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required).
- No prior sales experience is necessary; we train the right candidates!
- Strong desire to learn and a coachable attitude.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
