Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Present company products and services to potential customers, addressing their needs and pain points.
- Build and maintain a consistent pipeline of qualified leads to ensure sales targets are met.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Accurately record all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Follow up with leads to move them through the sales funnel and close deals.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Previous sales experience is a plus, but not required for motivated candidates.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a desire to earn more.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
