Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage a daily pipeline of leads using Salesforce or HubSpot CRM to track interactions and conversions.
- Present product demonstrations and tailor solutions to meet the specific needs of potential clients.
- Close deals over the phone and email, consistently meeting and exceeding monthly sales quotas.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to refine messaging and improve lead quality.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a confident phone presence.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is highly preferred).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and goal-oriented.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
