Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads to generate new business opportunities.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact through to contract negotiation and close.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all customer interactions in Salesforce and other CRM platforms.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients to showcase value propositions.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Account Management.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
- Self-motivated, resilient, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to travel to client meetings and company events as needed (approx. 10% of time).
