Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new leads.
- Present and demonstrate the company's products/services to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to contract closing.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and upselling.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine target audience profiles.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
- Track all interactions and pipeline metrics in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Inside Sales or Business Development.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a hunter mentality.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is highly preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
