Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to identify and qualify leads.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to contract negotiation and closing.
- Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to accurately track interactions and manage the sales pipeline.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop targeted outbound campaigns.
- Provide regular feedback on market trends and competitor activities to the sales leadership team.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive preferred).
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience is accepted.
