Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through outbound calling and email campaigns.
- Identify and qualify prospects to determine their specific needs and pain points.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase our value proposition.
- Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified leads to ensure consistent sales flow.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Accurately enter and maintain customer data in our CRM system.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales or B2B sales.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of calls daily.
- A high school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Self-motivated with a track record of hitting targets.
