- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align on campaign strategies and follow-up protocols.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and quotas.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telesales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional on-site meetings).
