Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Develop and maintain client relationships while closing sales cycles
- Exceed monthly sales targets using CRM tools (Salesforce)
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Present product demonstrations and handle client objections
- Document all activities in CRM and provide weekly performance reports
- Mentor junior sales representatives on best practices
Qualifications
- 2+ years of B2B inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills

- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
