Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Utilize various channels (phone, email, CRM) to identify and qualify new business opportunities within the Northeast Ohio market.
- Client Engagement: Conduct high-volume outbound calls and manage inbound inquiries to schedule qualified meetings.
- Solution Selling: Demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, identifying pain points and tailoring solutions to meet their specific business needs.
- Closing & Negotiation: Guide prospects through the sales cycle, overcome objections, and close deals to achieve monthly and quarterly quotas.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interactions, prospect activities, and deal status in Salesforce.
- Market Analysis: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide strategic insights to the sales team.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or Account Management is preferred.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate complex concepts simply.
- CRM Proficiency: Comfortable using Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms.
- Drive: Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus (equivalent experience considered).
- Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
