Responsibilities
- Proactively generate leads and manage a high-volume pipeline using Salesforce CRM.
- Conduct engaging product demonstrations and needs analysis calls with potential clients to uncover pain points.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team to optimize lead generation strategies and campaign performance.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure retention and identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Document all customer interactions and account status accurately within the CRM system.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales, SaaS, or Technology sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in previous roles.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong "hunter" mentality and the ability to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
