Responsibilities
- Proactively identify and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
- Conduct product demos and presentations to prospective clients to showcase our value proposition.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation and closing.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine targeting strategies for the Georgia and Virginia markets.
- Maintain accurate records of all prospect interactions in our Salesforce CRM.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas consistently.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in B2B Inside Sales.
- Strong proficiency with Salesforce or HubSpot CRM platforms.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage a high volume of leads.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for team meetings or client events (Georgia/VA area).
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and a competitive drive.
