Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM outreach
- Present product solutions to prospects via virtual demonstrations
- Manage sales pipeline in Salesforce and forecast revenue accurately
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 85%+ customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Prepare detailed sales reports for weekly leadership reviews
Qualifications
- 3+ years inside sales experience with B2B technology products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar CRM platforms
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in a remote/hybrid work environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
- Experience with SaaS sales cycles and value-based selling
