Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify 50+ leads daily via CRM and cold outreach
- Execute consultative sales calls to enterprise clients across North America
- Close 15-20 deals monthly while maintaining 85%+ activity targets
- Collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies
- Maintain 95% CRM data accuracy and update deal pipelines daily
- Participate in quarterly sales competitions with top-tier rewards
- Present product demonstrations to C-suite decision-makers
Qualifications
- 3+ years B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of exceeding $500K annual sales quota
- Expertise in Salesforce and HubSpot CRM platforms
- Exceptional negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred
- Strong analytical abilities with data-driven sales approaches
