Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through outbound calls and email campaigns
- Qualify leads using BANT criteria and CRM systems (Salesforce)
- Present product demonstrations to prospects via virtual meetings
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead nurturing strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets with 15+ new client acquisitions
- Maintain accurate pipeline data in CRM with 98% compliance
- Participate in weekly sales training and strategy sessions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce/HubSpot)
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Proficiency with sales automation tools (Outreach/Outreach.io)
