Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify new business leads via phone and email.
- Present product demos and tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce/CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and engineering teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or telemarketing.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated individual with a proven track record of hitting quotas.
- Available to work on-site in Detroit, MI, 5 days a week.
