Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting calls and emails to generate new business leads.
- Qualify leads through consultative questioning to identify client needs and pain points.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closing.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track pipeline activity.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Lead Generation (experience in Tech/SaaS is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication, active listening, and presentation skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is preferred.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (if required for team events).
