Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads using CRM tools and inbound inquiries.
- Conduct high-volume cold calling and outreach to generate new business opportunities.
- Present product demos and tailored solutions to meet client needs.
- Close sales and negotiate contracts to maximize revenue.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities in Salesforce.
- Collaborate with marketing and fulfillment teams to ensure client satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telemarketing.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Experience using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Self-motivated with a hunger to succeed and earn top-tier commissions.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
