Responsibilities
- Proactively generate new business leads through cold calling and email outreach to prospective clients in the Raleigh and New York markets.
- Present our premium products/services to potential customers, identifying their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and onboarding new clients.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot) to track interactions, update customer records, and forecast sales performance.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize lead generation campaigns and improve conversion rates.
- Attend daily training sessions and team meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or a similar role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills with a persuasive, professional tone.
- Self-motivated and resilient, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms is a plus.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as business needs require.
