Responsibilities
- Generate new business opportunities through high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling.
- Manage a high-volume sales pipeline using CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.).
- Conduct product presentations and needs analysis to qualify leads effectively.
- Negotiate pricing and close deals to meet weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Build lasting relationships with clients and follow up for retention and upselling.
- Collaborate with marketing and support teams to optimize lead quality.
Qualifications
- 1+ years of proven experience in Inside Sales, B2B sales, or customer service.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport quickly with diverse personalities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
- Self-motivated with a hunger to exceed performance goals and KPIs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation (preferred).
