Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify new sales leads through high-volume outbound calls and emails.
- Present product solutions to prospective clients, identifying their specific needs and pain points.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to ensure retention.
- Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
- Document all client interactions and sales activities accurately in the CRM system.
Qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in inside sales, telemarketing, or customer service is preferred but not required.
- Excellent verbal communication skills with a professional, confident phone voice.
- Strong negotiation and closing abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) is a plus.
- Must be able to work full-time in a fast-paced, high-energy office environment.
