Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new business leads.
- Present and demonstrate our products/services to potential clients, effectively addressing their pain points.
- Manage the full sales cycle from lead qualification to closing the deal.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in our CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and campaigns.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets consistently.
- Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients to ensure retention.
Qualifications
- 1-3+ years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Lead Generation.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to overcome objections.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Able to work full-time, Monday through Friday.
