Responsibilities
- Generate sales leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and CRM management
- Build relationships with prospects to identify needs and present tailored solutions
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining 25+ daily call metrics
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Utilize Salesforce CRM to track performance and pipeline progress
- Participate in weekly sales training and product knowledge sessions
- Submit daily performance reports for accurate compensation processing
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales or customer experience experience
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and objection-handling skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote-friendly environment
- Strong time management and organizational abilities
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
