Responsibilities
- Lead Generation: Utilize various channels (LinkedIn, cold calling, email) to identify and qualify new business opportunities.
- Client Engagement: Conduct effective product demos and presentations to prospective clients via Zoom or phone.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all prospect interactions in Salesforce/HubSpot.
- Proposal Closing: Draft professional quotes, proposals, and contracts to move leads through the sales pipeline.
- Target Achievement: Consistently meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales quotas.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
Qualifications
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Telemarketing (candidates with a strong hustle and hunger are welcome).
- Communication: Exceptional verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate complex value propositions simply.
- CRM Proficiency: Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, or other CRM software.
- Self-Motivation: A drive to succeed with a 'hunter' mentality and a proven track record of hitting targets.
- Organization: Strong time management skills and attention to detail.
