Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone and email to identify and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
  • Demonstrate deep knowledge of our SaaS platform to potential clients, effectively articulating value propositions and overcoming objections.
  • Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-ups.
  • Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion rates.
  • Participate in daily sales huddles and training sessions to continuously refine closing techniques and product knowledge.
  • Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets with a focus on both new logo acquisition and upselling.

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales or B2B Sales, preferably within the SaaS or Technology sector.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a strong plus).
  • Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers quickly.
  • Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a performance-driven, competitive environment.
