Responsibilities
- Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting via phone and email to identify and qualify new business opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Demonstrate deep knowledge of our SaaS platform to potential clients, effectively articulating value propositions and overcoming objections.
- Manage and nurture a robust sales pipeline using Salesforce CRM, ensuring accurate data entry and timely follow-ups.
- Collaborate closely with the Marketing and Product teams to refine messaging and improve lead conversion rates.
- Participate in daily sales huddles and training sessions to continuously refine closing techniques and product knowledge.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets with a focus on both new logo acquisition and upselling.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in Inside Sales or B2B Sales, preferably within the SaaS or Technology sector.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas consistently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software (Salesforce experience is a strong plus).
- Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage decision-makers quickly.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and comfortable working in a performance-driven, competitive environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field is preferred but not required.
