Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a high-volume prospecting strategy to generate qualified leads.
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to introduce our SaaS solutions to potential enterprise clients.
- Schedule and conduct product demos and discovery calls with prospective buyers.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions in our CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close deals and exceed monthly quotas.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience in B2B sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in an inside sales environment.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Strong ability to build rapport quickly with decision-makers.
- Self-motivated with a hunger for success and a competitive spirit.
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is a plus.
