Responsibilities
- Initiate and manage high-volume outbound prospecting calls to qualified leads.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions and pipeline progress.
- Present product demos and articulate value propositions to prospective clients.
- Overcome objections and negotiate pricing to close deals within the sales cycle.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine lead generation strategies.
- Conduct daily team meetings to share market insights and celebrate wins.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Telesales, or Lead Generation.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and in a team setting.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM platforms.
