Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify leads via cold calling, email, and social media.
- Present product demonstrations and conduct needs analysis to identify customer pain points.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals.
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and quotas.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track activity and forecast revenue.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales or inside sales (immediate experience is a plus).
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to articulate value propositions clearly.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, competitive, and hungry for success.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume sales environment.
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required for high performers.
