Responsibilities
- Execute outbound prospecting campaigns to generate new leads and book qualified appointments.
- Present product solutions to potential clients via phone and email, demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs.
- Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals and account retention.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine messaging and improve conversion rates.
- Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and consistently strive to exceed monthly revenue targets.
- Build lasting relationships with clients to ensure high retention and upsell opportunities.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or Customer Service (Entry-level candidates with high energy considered).
- Proven ability to work in a commission-based environment and hit aggressive targets.
- Strong communication skills, with a natural talent for building rapport quickly.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) is a plus.
