Responsibilities
- Generate qualified leads and close sales through inbound/outbound channels
- Exceed monthly revenue targets using consultative sales techniques
- Utilize Salesforce and HubSpot to manage pipeline and client relationships
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Conduct 15-20 high-impact sales calls daily
- Participate in weekly revenue forecasting and pipeline reviews
- Develop deep product knowledge to articulate value propositions
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with SaaS/tech focus
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Expertise in CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, commission-driven environment
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent sales certifications
- Experience with cold calling and email outreach sequences
