Responsibilities
- Execute high-volume outbound prospecting and cold calling to generate new leads.
- Manage and qualify incoming leads through various channels, including email and social media.
- Demonstrate products/services to prospective clients and schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM system (Salesforce/HubSpot).
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine sales strategies.
- Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales targets.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Sales, or SaaS sales preferred.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, resilient, and coachable.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for occasional team events).
