Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach.
- Present product demonstrations and tailored solutions to prospective clients.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal.
- Utilize CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot) to track interactions and forecast revenue.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on lead generation strategies.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline to ensure consistent quota attainment.
- Conduct regular follow-ups to nurture leads and overcome objections.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales, B2B sales, or technology sales.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on building relationships.
- Proficiency with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive) is highly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Self-motivated with a "hunter" mentality and a track record of meeting/exceeding goals.
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business or related field is a plus.
- Willingness to learn new products and industry-specific terminology quickly.
