Responsibilities
- Proactively prospect and qualify new leads via phone and email.
- Present product demos and effectively overcome objections.
- Manage and nurture a high-volume pipeline of leads.
- Close sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to refine outreach strategies.
- Maintain accurate CRM records and customer documentation.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure retention and upselling.
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of proven experience in inside sales or business development.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience is a plus).
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends as needed.
