Responsibilities
- Generate new business leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships throughout the sales cycle
- Present product solutions and close deals via phone/video conferences
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining CRM data accuracy
- Participate in weekly sales training and performance reviews
Qualifications
- 1+ years of inside sales experience with proven track record
- Proficiency in CRM software (Salesforce preferred)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
