Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through cold calling, email campaigns, and LinkedIn outreach
- Present product solutions to key decision-makers via virtual demos and consultations
- Develop and maintain accurate sales pipelines in Salesforce CRM
- Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align sales strategies
- Exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction
- Conduct competitive analysis to identify market opportunities
Qualifications
- 3+ years of B2B inside sales experience with SaaS/tech products
- Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales quotas
- Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and sales automation platforms
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently in remote environment
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
