Responsibilities
- Proactively generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach
- Build and maintain strong client relationships using Salesforce CRM
- Present product solutions tailored to client needs and overcome objections
- Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Exceed quarterly sales targets while maintaining 85%+ call volume
- Track and report sales metrics using HubSpot analytics dashboard
Qualifications
- 2+ years inside sales experience with proven track record in SaaS/tech
- Expertise in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales methodologies
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate complex solutions
- Strong negotiation and objection-handling capabilities
- BA/BS degree or equivalent professional certification
- Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
