Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Qualification: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities through inbound and outbound prospecting methods.
- Client Communication: Conduct needs assessments and product demonstrations via phone and email to understand client requirements.
- Closing Sales: Negotiate contracts, handle objections, and successfully close deals to meet or exceed monthly sales targets.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in Salesforce or HubSpot, tracking interactions and pipeline stages.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and customer success teams to align sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities to provide valuable insights to management.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in inside sales or business development.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- CRM Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, or Pipedrive) is required.
- Goal-Oriented: Demonstrated history of meeting or exceeding sales quotas in a competitive environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
