Responsibilities
- Prospect and qualify leads through CRM and cold outreach
- Present product solutions to B2B clients across New Mexico
- Exceed quarterly sales targets with personalized consultative selling
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline data in Salesforce
- Collaborate with marketing to optimize lead conversion strategies
- Conduct 25+ qualified sales calls weekly
- Participate in monthly sales training workshops
Qualifications
- 2+ years B2B sales experience preferred
- Proficiency with CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Exceptional communication and negotiation skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Valid New Mexico driver's license (client site visits)
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
- Spanish language skills highly valued
